Your customers are abroad. Here is what WhatsApp costs, and what the rules say, country by country.

Meta prices every WhatsApp message by the recipient’s country, and every country has its own consent rules. Each guide below brings those together with InfiQ’s published rates, converted into the local currency.

Three things that change when the customer is abroad

The price follows the phone number

Meta charges by the recipient's country code, so a message to Dubai costs a different amount from the same message to Delhi. The rate is per delivered message and per category.

The consent rules follow the customer

WhatsApp's own policy needs an opt-in everywhere. On top of it, the recipient's country may add consent records, opt-out wording or quiet hours for marketing.

The clock follows the customer too

A broadcast scheduled for 11:00 in India lands at 06:30 in London and 17:30 in Sydney. Each guide shows the send window on both clocks.

Questions about messaging abroad

Can an Indian business message customers in other countries on WhatsApp?
Yes. The WhatsApp Business Platform delivers to most countries, and Meta prices each message by the recipient's country code. InfiQ publishes its rate for every Meta market, in rupees, so the cost of a campaign abroad is known before you send.
Is InfiQ available to businesses based outside India?
InfiQ serves India-based businesses and invoices in Indian rupees. If your business is registered elsewhere, talk to sales: availability outside India is handled case by case.
Why do the rules differ by country?
The recipient's country decides which data-protection and electronic-marketing laws apply to a marketing message, on top of WhatsApp's own opt-in policy. Each country guide summarises the main law, its regulator and its consent rules, with sources.
Where can't WhatsApp Business messages be sent at all?
Meta does not allow businesses in, or messages to users in, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine to use the WhatsApp Business Platform. Separately, Meta does not currently deliver marketing templates to US phone numbers; utility, authentication and service messages still go through.
Are the prices on these pages in my currency?
Every country guide shows InfiQ's plan prices and per-message rates in rupees and converted into the local currency, US dollars and euros at current reference rates. The conversions are indicative; InfiQ bills in rupees.
