Integrations

Your stack, connected to WhatsApp.

InfiQ plugs WhatsApp into the tools your business already runs on — your store, CRM, payment gateway and accounting software. Busy is connected natively: save a voucher and the PDF reaches your party on WhatsApp. Everything else below connects today through our REST API and webhooks, and more native connectors are rolling out in phases.

NewNative integration · Live now

Save a voucher in Busy. Seconds later your party gets the PDF on WhatsApp from your own business number. No plugin, no integration fee.

  • 25 document types: invoices, challans, orders, statements, pay slips
  • Automatic payment reminders that stop when the customer pays
  • Multiple Busy companies, each with its own number and logs
  • Preview mode and a setup checker before you go live

Directory

16 tools, one conversation channel

Every card links to a detailed page: what syncing unlocks, how to connect, and whether it is built in or where its native connector stands.

"Coming soon" refers to the native one-click connector — every one of those tools already works with InfiQ today through webhooks and the REST API. The Busy integration is built in and needs no API work.

Available today

Everything connects through the API — right now

You do not have to wait for a connector to go live on WhatsApp. InfiQ's REST API and webhooks are available on the Growth plan and above, and they are the same rails the native connectors will run on.

A typical first integration — say, order confirmations from your store — is a webhook pointed at your backend and one API call to send an approved template. Most teams ship it in an afternoon, then add flows from there.

Live sync

REST API

Send template messages, manage contacts and read conversations from any backend. Authenticated with API keys, documented with examples.

Webhooks

Inbound messages, delivery receipts and read events pushed to your endpoint in real time — signed, retried and replayable.

No-code bridges

Zapier and Make can call the InfiQ API today, so ops teams can connect forms, sheets and CRMs without writing code.

Rolling out

Native one-click connectors

The first one is live: the Busy integration sends invoices, challans, statements and more on WhatsApp the moment they are saved in Busy, with automatic payment reminders built in.

We are building guided, no-code connectors for the other tools on this page — install, authorise, map your fields and go. They launch in phases, and we would rather not promise dates we cannot keep. Anything you build on the API today carries over: the connector replaces the wiring, not your templates or automations.

Want to know where a specific connector stands, or influence the order? Talk to the team — roadmap input from live customers moves things up the list.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which integrations are available today?

Busy has a native integration that is live today: save a voucher in Busy and your party gets the PDF on WhatsApp from your own business number, with no API work. Webhooks and the REST API are live on the Growth plan and above, and every other tool on this page can connect through them right now. What is still rolling out are native one-click connectors for those tools — they launch in phases, and the API route keeps working before, during and after.

Do I need developers to connect my tools?

Not for Busy: you paste a few settings from InfiQ into Busy once, and nothing is installed. For the direct API route, yes — most teams have a developer wire up their first flow in a few hours using the docs at /developers. If you have no engineering bandwidth, Zapier and Make can bridge most tools to InfiQ without code. Native connectors remove the technical step entirely.

Will I have to rebuild anything when native connectors launch?

No. Your templates, automations and message flows live in InfiQ, not in the plumbing. A native connector replaces the API wiring with a guided setup — everything you built on top keeps running.

Is there an extra charge for integrations?

Webhooks and the REST API are included with the platform, and the Busy integration has no extra fee either — there is no separate integration fee from InfiQ. Standard WhatsApp per-message charges and your InfiQ subscription apply as usual; see /pricing for details.

Can you build an integration my business needs?

Very likely. The REST API covers messaging, templates, contacts and conversations, which is enough for most custom builds. If you are a SaaS product wanting a listed integration, our technology partner track at /partners is the fastest route in.
