What is InfiQ?

InfiQ is a communications platform (CPaaS) for business messaging on the WhatsApp Business API. One platform runs your broadcast campaigns, no-code chatbots, shared team inbox and developer APIs. As a Meta Business Partner, we operate on the official WhatsApp Business API.

Is InfiQ an official WhatsApp Business API provider?

Yes. InfiQ is a Meta Business Partner, which means direct WhatsApp Cloud API access, faster onboarding, green tick support and guided template approvals — no unofficial workarounds anywhere in the stack.

How fast can my business go live?

Most businesses are live within 2 hours. That window covers everything: Facebook Business verification, number registration and your first approved message template.

How is InfiQ priced?

Two parts: a platform subscription (plans at Rs.999, Rs.2,999 or custom for enterprise) plus Meta's message charges, billed per delivered message on the same invoice. Chatbot flows are priced separately, per flow, from Rs.399 a month. The live rate card sits inside the dashboard, so you can estimate a campaign's cost before you press send.

Can I build a WhatsApp chatbot without writing code?

Yes. InfiQ Flows is a drag-and-drop canvas: pick from 27 building blocks — messages, questions, actions, logic and endings — wire them together, and the bot runs exactly as you drew it. Conversations never expire, so a customer can reply in ten seconds or ten months and the flow resumes at the same step. You can force an action to fail in a sandbox to rehearse your error path, every save is a version you can roll back, and 14 reports include a drop-off heatmap drawn on the flow itself.

Can developers integrate InfiQ with our existing systems?

Yes. REST APIs and webhooks let you trigger messages from any system and stream delivery events back, which is how Shopify, WooCommerce, CRMs and payment gateways connect today.
