Tutorials
Learn the WhatsApp Business API, one task at a time.
Eleven tracks that take you from a fresh InfiQ account to campaigns, chatbots and API integrations running in production. Every tutorial is a single job with numbered steps and a way to verify it worked.

Pick the track that matches today's job
Each track is a self-contained series. Start anywhere — every tutorial states its prerequisites up front.
How it works
How the tutorials are organised
We wrote the structure before the articles, so every piece lands in a predictable place.
Tracks follow the order of real work
Setup tracks come first, daily-operations tracks next, optimisation tracks last. If you follow getting started, embedded signup and template creation in sequence, you will be live before you open the campaign track.
Every tutorial has the same shape
One goal, stated prerequisites, numbered steps with screenshots, and a final check so you know it worked. No tutorial asks you to have read another one without linking it.
Labelled by level, not by jargon
Each track is marked no-code, developer or all levels. Marketers can complete every no-code track without touching a terminal; the developer tracks assume basic comfort with REST and webhooks.
Step-by-step articles are on the way
The first batch covers onboarding end to end: creating your InfiQ account, connecting a WhatsApp number through embedded signup, getting your first template approved and sending your first campaign. Category pages already list every planned tutorial, so you can see the full curriculum today.
Until your track goes live, the blog covers WhatsApp Business API pricing, verification and broadcasts in depth, and the developer hub documents the REST API and webhooks.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
When will the step-by-step tutorials be published?
The first batch is in production now and covers onboarding: creating your account, connecting a number through embedded signup, getting your first template approved and sending your first campaign. Each category page lists exactly what is planned, so you can see what is coming before it ships.
Do I need a developer to follow the tutorials?
No. Most tracks — getting started, templates, campaigns, chatbot builder, analytics and best practices — assume no coding at all. Only the API setup, integrations and developer docs tracks are written for people comfortable with REST APIs and webhooks.
Can I request a tutorial topic?
Yes. Tell us what you are trying to build through the contact page and we will prioritise the queue by request volume. In the meantime, the blog covers WhatsApp Business API fundamentals in depth and the developer hub documents the API itself.
Learn by doing — on your own number.
Get onboarded on the official WhatsApp Business API — typically live within about 2 hours — then follow along with a live account.
