WhatsApp Business API onboarding
Guided onboarding onto the official WhatsApp Business API — connect Meta Business Manager, register a number and go live, typically in 2 hours.
Product roadmap
A clear line between what's live on InfiQ today and the directions we're exploring next. Everything under “Available today” is something you can use right now; everything under “Exploring next” is a direction, not a delivery date.
This shows direction, not dated commitments. Plans can change, and nothing here is a promise of a specific feature or a delivery date. For what has actually shipped, see our changelog.
Available today
These are real, live capabilities you can use on InfiQ right now. Follow any link to see how it works.
Exploring next
These are areas we're actively exploring. They are not scheduled, not committed and may change or not ship at all.
InfiQ is WhatsApp-only today, on the official Business API. We're exploring whether SMS, email, voice and RCS could one day sit alongside WhatsApp — nothing committed yet.
Going beyond delivered, read and replied — we're exploring deeper reporting on segments, funnels and how campaigns move real business outcomes over time.
We're looking at expanding the set of tools InfiQ connects to natively, so more of your stack talks to WhatsApp without custom glue code.
WhatsApp Flows let customers complete structured, form-like interactions inside a chat. We're exploring how to bring Flows into InfiQ's builder and templates.
We're exploring a richer playground — more preview fidelity, variable testing and guidance — to make drafting and iterating on templates faster.
A reminder: the items above are exploratory. Nothing here is a commitment, a beta announcement or a delivery date — priorities shift as we learn and as the platform evolves.
How we decide
Our roadmap is driven by two things: how customers actually use InfiQ, and how Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform changes over time. We prioritise the capabilities that remove real friction for the businesses already messaging on InfiQ, and we adapt when Meta updates pricing, policies or messaging features. We would rather ship something genuinely useful than announce something to chase a trend — so we keep this page honest, separate what's live from what we're exploring, and avoid promises we can't stand behind.
The best roadmap items come from customers. Tell us what would make WhatsApp work better for your business.
