Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") is issued by AIO Infinity Private Limited ("AIO Infinity", "we", "us", "our"), the parent company that owns and provides the InfiQ WhatsApp Business API (CPaaS) platform available at https://www.infiq.in (application portal https://app.infiq.in). It explains how fees for InfiQ are charged, why they are non-refundable, how you may cancel, how your Wallet or credit balance is treated on expiry or closure, and how we handle chargebacks and billing errors.

This Policy forms part of, and must be read together with, our Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, and WhatsApp Messaging & Anti-Spam Policy. Capitalised terms that are not defined here have the meaning given to them in the Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms & Conditions on a refund or cancellation matter, this Policy governs.

By purchasing a subscription plan, recharging your Wallet, or otherwise paying for the Service, you ("Customer", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy.


1. Scope

AIO Infinity Private Limited is the parent company that owns and provides the InfiQ platform. This Policy applies to all payments made to AIO Infinity for InfiQ, including, without limitation:

  • subscription plans;
  • Wallet and credit recharges;
  • WhatsApp / Meta Conversation Charges and template Charges;
  • onboarding and setup fees;
  • add-ons; and
  • integration and professional-service fees.

It applies to every Customer and Authorised User of the Service. Where you purchase InfiQ through an authorised reseller, partner, or marketplace, that party's own billing and refund terms may additionally apply to the amounts you paid them; contact them directly for those amounts.


2. All services are prepaid and non-refundable

All fees and services on InfiQ are paid in advance and are strictly non-refundable. By paying for the Service, you acknowledge and agree that, once paid, the following amounts are non-refundable in whole or in part, whether or not you use the Service:

  • subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annual, or any other billing period);
  • Wallet and credit recharges (the prepaid balance used to fund messaging and other usage);
  • WhatsApp / Meta Conversation Charges and template Charges (per-conversation, per-message, and per-template amounts set by Meta and passed through to you);
  • onboarding and setup fees;
  • add-ons (additional features, capacity, phone numbers, or services); and
  • integration and professional-service fees (custom development, third-party integrations, migration, training, or dedicated support).

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not provide:

  • pro-rata refunds for any unused portion of a subscription, plan, or billing period;
  • any money-back guarantee, trial-refund, or "change of mind" window after a payment has been made;
  • discretionary refunds for technical failures, downtime, service interruptions, degraded performance, or any inability to use the Service, whether caused by AIO Infinity, InfiQ, Meta, the WhatsApp Business API, your own configuration, your connectivity or devices, or any other cause; or
  • refunds for messages or conversations that a Recipient did not read, that did not achieve your commercial objective, or that were affected by your WhatsApp quality rating, throttling, or a Meta restriction.

You are encouraged to evaluate the Service during the free trial of 7 days — for which no charge is made (see §3) — before you pay. Once you make a payment, the amounts described above are non-refundable.


3. Prepaid model

InfiQ operates on a prepaid model:

  • Payment in advance. Subscription plans and Wallet recharges are paid in advance, before the corresponding access and messaging capacity is made available to you.
  • No auto-renewal. Plans do not renew automatically, and no automatic recurring charge is set up against your payment method. Your plan or balance simply expires or is consumed, and the Service continues only if you choose to renew the plan and/or recharge the Wallet.
  • Service runs only while funded. The Service is available only for so long as you have an active subscription plan and/or a positive Wallet balance. Messaging and platform access depend on both an active plan (where your plan requires one) and sufficient Wallet or credit balance to cover Conversation Charges and template Charges.
  • Stops on expiry. When your plan expires or your Wallet balance is exhausted, the Service stops until you renew the plan and/or recharge the Wallet. We are not obliged to deliver, queue, or retry any messaging that could not be sent because your plan had expired or your balance was insufficient.

A free trial of 7 days may be offered so you can evaluate the Service before paying. No charge is made for the free trial itself.


4. Wallet and credit balance — forfeiture on expiry or closure

The Wallet is a prepaid balance you maintain to fund Conversation Charges, template Charges, and other usage. Because the model is prepaid, any unused Wallet or credit balance is non-refundable and is subject to forfeiture as set out below:

On the expiry or completion of a subscription or plan, or on closure of the account, AIO Infinity reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet or credit balance. Such forfeiture is absolute and final. If the Customer reactivates the account or a plan at a later date (for example, two months later), forfeited amounts will not be restored, and no claims, disputes, complaints, or requests for refund or reinstatement in respect of forfeited amounts will be entertained.

We therefore recommend that you recharge your Wallet only to the extent you expect to use before your plan expires, and that you monitor your Wallet balance and plan validity.


5. Cancellation

  • You may cancel at any time. You may stop using the Service, and choose not to renew your plan or recharge your Wallet, at any time.
  • No ongoing charge. Because InfiQ operates on a prepaid model with no auto-renewal, stopping does not incur any further or ongoing charge — there is no recurring billing to cancel.
  • No refund for the unused portion. Cancellation does not entitle you to any refund. Consistent with §2, there is no refund for any unused portion of a subscription, plan, Wallet balance, or credit, and no pro-rata adjustment.
  • Access ends at expiry. Your access to the Service continues until your current plan and/or Wallet balance expires or is exhausted, after which the Service stops. Any remaining Wallet or credit balance at that point is treated under §4 (forfeiture).
  • Export your data first. We recommend that you export any data you wish to keep (for example, contacts, chat history, and templates) before your plan expires or you close your account, as data is retained and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Your WhatsApp Business Account. Cancelling InfiQ does not by itself transfer or delete your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with Meta; you remain responsible for managing your WABA with Meta directly.

6. Chargebacks

  • Contact us first. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact support@infiq.in before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Almost every billing question is resolved faster directly with us.
  • Unwarranted chargebacks. Because InfiQ operates on a prepaid model and may already have incurred non-recoverable WhatsApp / Meta Conversation Charges and template Charges on your behalf, a chargeback raised without first contacting us — or a chargeback that is otherwise unwarranted — causes us direct loss. Where this happens, we may suspend or restrict your account and messaging while the dispute is investigated, and we may pause or offset related amounts.
  • You remain liable. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted or invalid, the disputed amount, together with any associated bank fees, Meta charges, and reasonable administrative costs, remains payable by you. Nothing in this section prevents you from raising a genuine dispute; it asks only that you contact us first.

7. Billing errors

We want your billing to be accurate. If you believe a genuine duplicate charge or an erroneous charge has occurred — for example, you were charged twice for the same transaction, or charged an amount that does not correspond to your plan or recharge — you must raise it in writing at support@infiq.in within seven (7) days of the date of the charge. Please include your registered account or company name, the invoice or transaction reference, and the date and amount of the charge.

We will review each such request and, where we verify that a genuine duplicate or erroneous charge was made, we will correct it. Requests raised after the seven (7) day window may not be eligible for review. This section applies only to genuine billing errors and does not create any right to a refund of validly incurred, prepaid, non-refundable fees described elsewhere in this Policy.


8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, Meta's pricing and policies, payment-processing practices, or the law. When we make a material change, we will update the "Effective / Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Platform. Changes take effect when posted at https://www.infiq.in unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Service, or your renewal or recharge after a change takes effect, constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. The version in force at the time of a given charge governs that charge.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy, subject to the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of our Terms & Conditions.
