ERP integration

Native connector coming soon

Tally ERP + WhatsApp via InfiQ

Your books already know who owes what and what shipped when. Connect Tally to InfiQ and that knowledge becomes timely WhatsApp messages — invoices, reminders and dispatch alerts.

Why connect

What syncing Tally ERP unlocks

Four flows teams typically wire up first when Tally ERP starts talking to WhatsApp.

Invoices delivered instantly

Send the invoice PDF on WhatsApp the moment a sales voucher is recorded — customers file it from chat instead of hunting through email.

Outstanding-payment reminders

Drive polite, scheduled reminders from Tally's outstanding reports — amount, ageing and a payment link if you also use a gateway like Razorpay.

Dispatch and delivery updates

Voucher entries for dispatch become shipping notifications with transporter details, so distributors and dealers stop calling to ask.

Statements on request

Let customers request their ledger or last invoice by messaging a keyword — an InfiQ chatbot fetches it through your Tally bridge and replies in seconds.

How it works today

Connect today with webhooks and the REST API

No waiting on a connector: Tally ERP and InfiQ can talk today over the same rails the native integration will use.

  1. 1

    Create your API credentials

Sign in to the InfiQ dashboard and generate a scoped API key — it takes about a minute.

  2. 2

Wire Tally ERP events to InfiQ

Point Tally ERP's webhooks or automation layer at the InfiQ REST API, and subscribe to InfiQ webhooks for replies and delivery states.

  3. 3

    Send approved templates

Trigger pre-approved WhatsApp templates with live data, and handle inbound replies in the shared team inbox or your own system.

Example flows

  • Sales voucher recorded → Tally export/bridge → invoice PDF via the InfiQ API
  • Weekly outstanding report → reminder template per party with amount and ageing
  • Customer messages 'LEDGER' → chatbot → statement fetched and delivered

Endpoint references, payload examples and sandbox keys are in the developer docs.

Coming soon

Native Tally ERP integration

A Tally connector (TDL add-on plus cloud bridge) that pushes vouchers and outstanding data to InfiQ automatically — pick the events, pick the templates, and keep books and messages in sync without exports.

Native integration coming soon — connect today via webhooks and the REST API. Flows you build now carry over unchanged when the connector ships: it replaces the wiring, not your templates or automations.

FAQ

Tally ERP integration — common questions

Is the Tally ERP integration available now?

Yes — you can connect Tally ERP to InfiQ today using webhooks and the REST API. What is still in development is the native one-click connector; until it ships, the connection is API-based rather than point-and-click.

What can I automate between Tally ERP and WhatsApp?

Invoice and receipt delivery as PDFs, outstanding-payment reminders driven by ageing reports, dispatch and delivery notifications for dealers, and on-demand ledger or statement requests answered by a chatbot.

Do I need developers to set this up?

For the direct API route, yes — a developer typically wires up the first flow in a few hours using our docs at /developers. If you have no engineering bandwidth, you can bridge Tally ERP and InfiQ through Zapier or Make without writing code. The native connector will remove the technical step entirely.

When is the native connector coming?

Native connectors roll out in phases and we do not publish dates we cannot keep — talk to us for the current roadmap. Building on the API today is safe: when the connector ships it replaces the plumbing, not your templates or message flows.
