Live syncWhy connect
What syncing Webhooks unlocks
Four flows teams typically wire up first when Webhooks starts talking to WhatsApp.
Real-time inbound events
Customer messages, button taps and media arrive at your endpoint within moments, with sender, timestamp and conversation context in the payload.
Delivery and read receipts
Track every outbound message through sent, delivered and read states — feed dashboards, retries and SLA alerts from the same stream.
Signed, retried, replayable
Payloads are signed so you can verify origin, failed deliveries retry with backoff, and recent events can be replayed while you debug.
Route events anywhere
Fan events out to your CRM, warehouse, analytics stack or a Zapier/Make scenario — webhooks are the trigger side of every integration on this site.

How to get started
This is a core platform capability, available on the Growth plan and above — here is the path from zero to first event.
- 1
Create your API credentials
Sign in to the InfiQ dashboard and generate a scoped API key — it takes about a minute.
- 2
Point events at your endpoint
Register your webhook URL and verify the signature, or make your first authenticated REST call from your backend.
- 3
Send approved templates
Trigger pre-approved WhatsApp templates with live data, and handle inbound replies in the shared team inbox or your own system.
Example flows
- Inbound message event → your endpoint → CRM lead created and agent notified
- Delivery-failed event → your backend retries via SMS or flags the number
- Read receipt stream → campaign dashboard with real engagement, not guesses
Endpoint references, payload examples and sandbox keys are in the developer docs.
This is the product, not a preview
Webhooks are a first-class part of the InfiQ platform, included on the Growth plan and above and used in production by our own dashboard. Every native connector we ship is built on this same surface — which is why anything you build here today keeps working as the platform grows.

FAQ
Webhooks integration — common questions
Are webhooks available now?
Yes — webhooks are live today on the Growth plan and above. Configure your endpoint URL in the dashboard, verify the signature, and events start flowing.
What events can I subscribe to?
Inbound messages (text, media, button and list replies), outbound status events (sent, delivered, read, failed) and conversation lifecycle events. You choose which event types go to which endpoint.
Do I need developers to use webhooks?
You need somewhere for events to land — that is either your own backend (a developer task measured in hours) or a no-code receiver like Zapier or Make, which can catch InfiQ webhooks without any code.
How reliable is delivery?
Events are signed for verification and retried with exponential backoff if your endpoint is down. Full payload documentation and a webhook debugging view are at /developers.
Put Webhooks on WhatsApp this week.
Start with the API today and switch to the native connector when it lands. Our team will map the flow in a 20-minute call.
