Can I collect a delivery OTP over WhatsApp?

Yes. Delivery-confirmation OTPs belong in Meta's Authentication category, which uses a fixed code-delivery format. Keep the template to the code, shipment reference and validity window — no links, no marketing copy — and it will clear review quickly.

How do NDR templates reduce RTO?

When a delivery fails, a WhatsApp message with quick-reply buttons lets the customer confirm the address or pick a reattempt slot within minutes instead of waiting for a call. Couriers typically recover 25-40% of failed deliveries this way, directly cutting return-to-origin freight costs.

Do COD remittance notices to merchants need opt-in?
