Most of Mexico stopped changing its clocks in 2022. Tijuana did not: Baja California follows US daylight-saving rules, so it is twelve and a half hours behind India from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, and thirteen and a half hours behind for the rest of the year. In 2026 the clocks go back on 1 November.
For an Indian team that puts the Tijuana working morning in the Indian evening and night. Dispatch and delivery updates should leave when your system knows, at any hour; anything that needs a same-day answer from Tijuana should be queued for the buyer's morning, which is 20:30 or 21:30 IST.
The country-wide rules on privacy and promotional lists are in the Mexico guide; for contacts on US numbers, the United States guide covers the +1 side.
