For Indian inbound tour operators, film and post-production studios, cruise sellers and wellness brands with clients or partners in Málaga: the message ladder of one traveller, what the Embassy, INE and the city's port and festival record, which templates to write in Spanish, and the cost in rupees.
See it work
One Málaga traveller, six rungs
An Indian inbound tour operator sells a Rajasthan trip to a client in Málaga. Each rung of the relationship is a different kind of WhatsApp message, with its own rule and its own price.
Most of the ladder is utility and service, which needs no promotional consent because it serves a trip the client bought. The top rung is different: Spain's LSSI requires prior, express authorisation before a commercial electronic message, with only a narrow exception for existing customers. Ask for it at booking, in Spanish, and keep the record.
The rungs that repeat for every client, confirmation, documents and invoice, are worth sending from your booking system through the developer API so they leave on Málaga time without anyone typing them.

The Port of Málaga's schedule shows cruise ships arriving between 05:45 and 08:00, and Málaga-Costa del Sol airport has added a Riyadh Air route to Riyadh three times a week.[4],[5]

What an Indian operator runs for Málaga
Spanish templates, one inbox and consent kept on file.
- Template manager and library
Draft, submit and track WhatsApp message templates for Meta's approval, starting from a library of 1,000+ ready templates in 27 categories.
Keep es_ES and English versions of every confirmation and checklist, each tracked through Meta's approval.
- Shared team inbox
One WhatsApp number answered by a team: 10 users on Lite and 25 on Growth, agent and manager roles, transfers, private notes, labels and canned replies.
Sales, operations and the on-tour desk share one number, so a Málaga client's question reaches whoever holds the booking.
- Consent records and opt-out enforcement
Each contact's opt-in source and time are recorded, STOP replies are enforced at platform level (even against later imports), and the audit trail exports.
The LSSI's express authorisation for offers is recorded with source and time, and STOP is enforced across the account.
- Published per-market rates
InfiQ publishes its per-message rate for every Meta market in rupees, ex-GST, so the cost of messaging customers abroad is known before you send.
Spanish and Indian rates are published in rupees, so a trip's messages can be costed before the client leaves Málaga.

Questions Málaga businesses ask
- Q1
A client in Málaga keeps a +34 number throughout the Rajasthan tour. Which rate do our on-tour messages cost?
The Spanish rate. Meta charges by the recipient's country code, so a utility update to a +34 number costs ₹1.76 even when it is read in Jaipur, and a service reply ₹1.76. If the client switches to an Indian SIM, messages to that +91 number cost the India rate, ₹0.19 for utility.
- Q2
Our clients' cruise ship berths in Málaga at dawn. Can our excursion desk in India reach them before they go ashore?
Yes. A ship arriving at 07:00 in winter is 11:30 IST, so your desk is at work. If the passenger wrote to you in the last 24 hours, send the plan free-form; if not, use an approved utility template scheduled in Europe/Madrid time. Each goes to the number they carry, at that country's rate.
- Q3
Spanish clients in Málaga book India tours with us. Should our templates be in es_ES or English?
Spanish (Spain), es_ES, for clients, with usted in a first message; keep an English version for those who book in English. Each language version is approved by Meta separately, and replies inside the 24-hour window can be in any language you share.
- Q4
We are working with an Andalusian studio after the Mudras screening in Málaga. Can project updates go on WhatsApp?
Yes. Updates on work the studio commissioned, such as review links and delivery dates, are utility templates at ₹1.76, or free-form service replies inside 24 hours of their last message. A pitch for a new project is marketing and needs their prior express consent under the LSSI.
- Q5
Can we send next year's Kerala offer to Málaga clients who travelled with us this year?
Only to those who agreed. An offer is a marketing template, ₹6.22 to a Spanish number, and Spain's LSSI requires prior express authorisation, with a narrow exception for existing customers and similar products. The Spain guide explains it, including the Lista Robinson's limits.
- Q6
Our Spanish partner agency is registered in Málaga. Can it hold the WhatsApp account?
InfiQ serves India-based businesses: it invoices in rupees with GST, keeps customer data in India and supports teams in English and Hindi on India time. Your Indian company can hold the account and add the agency's staff as inbox users. If your business is based in Málaga, talk to sales about whether InfiQ fits.
