A railway town that trades in grain
Harda's own history page gives the railway the credit for the town: after the line arrived, it says, Harda developed rapidly. A town that grew on a railway is a town of traders, and a district whose produce page leads with premium moong and wheat is one where those traders deal with farmers on one side and buyers far away on the other.
When those conversations move to WhatsApp's official API, each message gets a type. A farmer's question about the day's rate, and every answer to it, is a reply. A weighment slip or a payment note sent after a quiet day is a utility template. A message about a better rate or a new scheme is marketing, and goes only to farmers who said yes. Getting that sorting right is most of what a Harda business needs to learn.
