A town between two routes
Shikohabad's station is across the Sirsa from the town, and its highways run past it. For a trader, that is a choice made every day: put a consignment on a train to a city with a direct service, or on a truck that can be there by morning. The buyer at the other end does not care which, so long as he knows what is coming, when and how to collect it.
That is the job of the dispatch template. It is a utility message, sent after the order, and it reaches a buyer who has not written in days. Keep it to the facts the buyer needs: the goods, the route, the reference number and who to call. A line about new designs belongs in a separate message, sent only to buyers who agreed to receive offers.
