Hing (हींग) has two kinds of buyer
A Hathras unit packing hing sells to two different people. One is the wholesaler who wants small jars for kirana shelves and orders again when the shelves empty. The other is the commercial buyer, a restaurant or food maker, who wants a grade and a bulk pack and asks for a sample before committing.
On WhatsApp the two look alike at first: both write, both get a reply. The difference shows later. The wholesaler's reorder is a conversation he starts, while a commercial buyer often goes quiet between the sample and the order. Approved utility templates reach both once an order exists. Offers, such as a new jar size or a festival scheme, go only to buyers who agreed to receive them, and that agreement is worth asking for at the moment an order is delivered.
