WhatsApp Business API for Etah's ghungroo makers, brass workshops and traders
Etah's artisans cast ghungroos for dancers and bells for temples, and the state's ODOP portal says they sell across India and abroad. A buyer far away wants to hear a pair before ordering, and then to know when it ships.

Etah in seven lines
From the Etah district administration, Uttar Pradesh's ODOP portal and Invest India's ODOP list.
Etah town is the headquarters of Etah district in the Aligarh division. The district covers 4,446 sq km with 892 revenue villages and eight blocks, from Jalesar and Awagarh to Aliganj and Marehara, and counted 17,61,152 people in 2011.[1],[2]
The district's history page says the town was once called Aintha, records it as a centre of the revolt of 1857, and places Amir Khusro's birth at Patiyali.[2]
On 15 April 2008 the Kasganj, Patiali and Sahawar tehsils were separated to form Kasganj district.[2]
The economy is agrarian: paddy, sugarcane, sunflower and oilseeds grow well, and the town is a hub for collecting and marketing them, with a few agro-processing units.[3]
Invest India's One District One Product list names ankle bells (ghungroo), bells and brass products for Etah.[6]
The state's ODOP portal describes brass and metal ghungroos and ghantis for dance, music and temples, supplied across India and to international markets, and brass utensils, religious articles and gifts made by casting, engraving and finishing; it also lists chicory powder and granules.[5]

A dance academy in another city asks an Etah workshop for fifty pairs of ghungroo. Follow the order through its states, or switch to the paths for new designs and an opt-out.
Casting and tuning take days, so most of an order's life is spent in the closed-window state. That is where approved utility templates do the work: confirmed, cast, dispatched, each one reaching the academy whether or not it has written.
