Lima's day is India's night
When Lima opens at nine, it is half past seven in the evening in India.
Peru keeps one time all year, five hours behind UTC, and has not used daylight saving since 1994. India is five and a half hours ahead of UTC, so the gap is a constant ten and a half hours: 09:00 in Lima is 19:30 IST, and 18:00 in Lima is 04:30 the next morning in India.
That leaves two workable patterns. Schedule templates in the Indian evening so they land in the Lima morning, then either keep an evening shift on the inbox or let first replies wait for the Indian morning, which is Lima's late evening. Which Spanish for Lima

Not on the number alone. Since Ley 32323, Peru's Consumer Code bars mass promotional messages unless the consumer contacted the business on her own initiative and gave express consent; the Peru guide explains the test. Reminders about her own vehicle are utility templates, not promotions.
