A show floor of country codes
A Las Vegas show gathers buyers from everywhere, and on WhatsApp each one carries the rules of their own number. A retailer from Texas on +1 can receive your order confirmations, dispatch notices and replies, but no new-collection template. A buyer from Dubai or London who opted in to offers can receive one, at the rate for their market. An Indian buyer who flew in on +91 is an Indian contact, at India rates.
So tag each booth sign-up with its country code and what the buyer agreed to, and build two follow-ups: a conversation starter for US buyers that invites them to write back, and an approved offer template for opted-in buyers elsewhere.
Las Vegas keeps Pacific Time, twelve and a half hours behind India in summer and thirteen and a half after the first Sunday in November. When the show closes at 17:00, it is 05:30 the next morning in Mumbai, and a buyer's evening question reaches your team as its day begins.
