One contractor's order for safety gear, round the diagram
A mining contractor needs safety boots for a crew at Domanhill and writes to a supplier in Chirmiri. Follow the order round the diagram: the top row is replies to the contractor, the bottom row is notes the supplier starts.
A supplier's busiest WhatsApp hours are the top row: a contractor asks for sizes, stock or a quote, and someone answers. Those replies need no approval because the contractor wrote first; the 24-hour service window explains how long that lasts.
The bottom row is the supplier's own messages. Each must be an approved template, and each goes only to a contractor who asked for updates. Keep the date of that request with the order. The India guide covers consent under the DPDP Act.
