Two numbers in one city
Most city pages are about one kind of customer. Wrocław has two kinds of number: the Indian visitor who never changes SIM, and the resident on +48. Your CRM should keep the country code it was given and never rewrite it to match the city a customer is standing in, because the rate, the language and even the right greeting follow the number.
Poland keeps Central European Time in winter and moves an hour ahead from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October, so Wrocław is four and a half hours behind IST in winter and three and a half in summer. A 08:00 wake-up message to a December tour group is a 12:30 IST send; schedule it in Wrocław time and let the platform work out the hour.
Templates for Polish customers go in Polish (pl) or English (en); for Indian travellers and residents, Hindi (hi) or any of the Indian languages Meta accepts, such as Tamil (ta) or Gujarati (gu).
