Writing to Kraków from an Indian desk
Poland keeps Central European Time in winter and Central European Summer Time from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October. India does not change its clocks, so Kraków is four and a half hours behind IST in winter and three and a half in summer. The Kraków working day starts after Indian lunch and runs into the Indian evening.
Pick the language by reader. A Polish holidaymaker booking Goa should get Polish templates (pl), written consistently in the formal Pan or Pani or consistently informal. A studio producer in the technology park reads English (en). Each language version of a template is approved separately, so decide before you submit.
Kraków's tourist streets and its studios keep different hours, but a template sent at 10:00 Kraków time reaches both at a reasonable moment: 14:30 IST in winter, 13:30 in summer.
