A business day in Ratangarh
Ratangarh was laid out in 1798 by Maharaja Surat Singh of Bikaner, its bazaar crossing at the Ghantaghar. Its trade still runs on a question, a photo, an order and a lorry up NH 11.
A woodwork unit sends photos of a carved door to a buyer who asked last night.
Shops open around the Ghantaghar and answer the morning's stock questions.
A transporter tells a consignee in Jaipur that the lorry has left on NH 11.
A travel desk confirms berths home for a family writing from Kolkata.
For Ratangarh's woodwork units in a district whose ODOP product is wood, the shops of its cross-shaped bazaar, the transporters on NH 11 and the travel desks at its junction: how one carved-wood order moves from a buyer's question to delivery on WhatsApp, which message each step is, and what it costs in rupees.
See it work
A buyer in Delhi asks a Ratangarh woodwork unit about a carved door. Follow the order across the grid to see which messages are replies, which are templates, and which need the buyer's yes first.
Most of the path is cheap and simple. While the buyer is asking, every photo and price is a service reply at ₹0.145; once the order exists, its confirmation and dispatch are utility templates at ₹0.19, approved once and reused for every order.
The one branch to treat with care is the catalogue of new designs. It is a marketing template at ₹0.94, and it goes only to a buyer who has said yes to hearing about them, with that yes recorded.

Market brief
From Rajasthan Tourism's Shekhawati page and Invest India's ODOP list; the town's history and institutions are general background from Wikipedia.
Ratangarh is a town and tehsil in Churu district, in the Thar Desert.[3]
Maharaja Surat Singh of Bikaner founded it in 1798 on the site of Kolasar and named it after his son, Ratan Singh; its railway station dates from 1910.[3]
Rajasthan Tourism places Ratangarh Fort, built by Surat Singh, on the Agra–Bikaner highway, with a clock tower called the Ghantaghar.[1]
The bazaar is laid out as a cross with the Ghantaghar at its main crossing, and the town is known for frescoed havelis in the Shekhawati style.[3]
Donors from the Jalan and other business families, the Jalans now based in Kolkata, founded a hospital in 1939, schools, colleges, a public library and parks.[3]
Ratangarh Junction connects Bikaner and Jodhpur to Delhi, with direct trains to Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad; NH 11 runs through the town.[3]
Rajasthan Tourism says the region's havelis were built largely between the eighteenth century and the first half of the twentieth.[1]
Invest India's ODOP list names wood products for Churu district.[2]
Five businesses that follow from the district's wood, the town's bazaar, its highway and its junction.
Wood products are Churu district's ODOP entry, and buyers want to see a piece before they pay.[2]
The bazaar meets at the Ghantaghar, and its shops know most of their customers by name.[3]
The highway runs through the town between Bikaner, Jaipur and Agra.[3]
Direct trains run from Ratangarh Junction to Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad, where many of the town's families live.[3]
The town's frescoed havelis and its fort draw visitors touring the Shekhawati region.[3],[1]
Bagri is the town's regional language and Hindi and English its official ones. Only Hindi and English are Meta template languages.
A confirmation, a dispatch note or a reminder is a template, approved before it is sent, so it goes in Hindi or English. Each language version is a separate template under the same name. Replies inside the 24-hour window can be in Bagri or anything a customer writes; InfiQ's own support works in English and Hindi.
| Language | Meta code | Use it for |

Question: A buyer in Jaipur asks our Ratangarh woodwork unit for photos of a carved jharokha. Is sending the photos a marketing message?
Answer: No. The buyer asked, so the photos, the sizes and the rate are service replies at ₹0.145 each for 24 hours from the buyer's last message, with no template. A message about new designs sent later, unasked, would be marketing and needs the buyer's opt-in.
Question: Our Ratangarh transport company runs lorries on NH 11 to Jaipur and Agra. Can consignees get loading and arrival notes automatically?
Answer: Yes. Your booking software can call InfiQ's API to send a utility template at ₹0.19 when a lorry is loaded and again when it arrives, with the lorry number and expected time as variables. Signed webhooks tell your system when each note is delivered.
Question: Families from Ratangarh who live in Kolkata ask our travel desk about berths on the direct train home. Can we confirm the booking on WhatsApp?
Answer: Yes. While the family is asking, fares and berth options are replies at ₹0.145. Once they book, the confirmation with the train, coach and berth is a utility template at ₹0.19. A Kolkata family on an Indian number costs the India rate.
Question: Visitors ask our guesthouse near the Ghantaghar about seeing Ratangarh's frescoed havelis, often late at night. Can a menu answer them?
Answer: Yes. An InfiQ Flows menu can answer timings, routes and room questions automatically and pass bookings to staff in the morning. Each automatic answer to a visitor who wrote first is a service reply at ₹0.145, inside the 24-hour window.
Question: Our Ratangarh clinic sees families who come home from Kolkata and Mumbai for treatment. Can appointment reminders reach their numbers in Hindi?
Answer: Yes. A reminder about an appointment the patient booked is a utility template at ₹0.19, approved in Hindi (hi) and English (en_IN) if you want both. Indian numbers in Kolkata or Mumbai cost the India rate. Keep medical details out of the template and send only the date, time and doctor.
Question: Shopkeepers in Ratangarh's cross-shaped bazaar talk to customers in Bagri. Can our templates be in Bagri?
Answer: No. Bagri is not one of Meta's template languages, so templates go in Hindi or English. Replies are not templates, so inside the 24-hour window your staff can answer customers in Bagri, Marwari or whatever they write in.
