WhatsApp Business API for Dhrangadhra's plant suppliers, stone carvers and Rann camps
Dhrangadhra was a Jhala capital from 1735, gave India its first soda ash factory and still runs the Wild Ass Sanctuary from its forest office. A temple trust in another state orders carved stone here; every drawing, photo and dispatch note can travel by WhatsApp.
Trade 1
The soda ash plant
India's first soda ash factory was set up here, and DCW still lists Dhrangadhra as one of its two plants.
Trade 2
Carved stone
Stone artwork is the town's noted craft, and its Sompura builders have long built temples across India.
For the suppliers and contractors around Dhrangadhra's soda ash plant, its stone-carving workshops and temple builders, the salt and cotton traders of Surendranagar and the safari camps beside the Wild Ass Sanctuary: one temple commission's messages, which are replies and which are templates, Gujarati templates and rupee rates.

One carved-stone commission from Dhrangadhra, state by state
A temple trust in another state asks an illustrative Dhrangadhra stone workshop for a carved doorway. Walk the order through its states to see when the workshop may write freely and when it needs an approved template.
Only two kinds of message in the whole commission need Meta's approval in advance: the ones the workshop starts after the trust has been quiet for a day, and anything that sells more work. Everything said while the trust is writing is a reply at ₹0.145.
The progress photos and the dispatch note are utility templates at ₹0.19. The 24-hour service window is the rule behind every state change in the diagram.

Dhrangadhra and its district, from the record
From DCW's own site, the Gujarat Forest Department, the Surendranagar district administration, Invest India's ODOP list and IBEF's Gujarat profile, with the town's history from the encyclopaedia.
The Jhala Rajputs' Jhalawad state dates from around 1090; Dhrangadhra became its capital in 1735 and, under British rule, capital of Dhrangadhra State in the Kathiawar Agency.[6]
DCW traces its origin to India's first soda ash factory in Dhrangadhra, was first incorporated in 1939, and lists Dhrangadhra and Sahupuram in Tamil Nadu as its manufacturing locations.[1]
The Wild Ass Sanctuary covers 4,953.70 sq km of the Little Rann and parts of several districts, is headquartered at Dhrangadhra, and is best visited from the end of the monsoon to winter.[2]
Besides the Indian wild ass, the Forest Department lists nilgai, wolf, Indian fox and desert cat, and birds from flamingos and pelicans to common cranes and the houbara bustard.[2]
Surendranagar's economy page says nearly a quarter of India's salt supply comes from the area, with salt pans at Kharaghoda, and calls the district a hub of cotton ginning and pressing; it was last updated in 2018.[3]
The town is a railway junction, has a stone artisans' training institute, and its Sompura community has long built Jain temples across Gujarat and India.[6]

Plan prices are monthly, in rupees, excluding GST; yearly billing is two months free. Messages are charged per delivered message on top of the plan, at the rate for the recipient’s country. Full details: InfiQ pricing. A temple trust in Rajasthan and a safari guest from Mumbai cost the same, because Meta charges by the recipient's country code. A birdwatcher with a foreign number is charged at that country's rate, which InfiQ publishes in rupees. Invoices carry your Gujarat GSTIN.

Questions Dhrangadhra businesses ask
Question: A temple trust in Rajasthan asks our Dhrangadhra stone workshop for progress photos every week. Do those need a template?
Answer: Only when the trust has not written in the last 24 hours. Then each update is a utility template at ₹0.19, approved in Hindi, with the photo as its header. If the secretary messages first, your photos that day are replies at ₹0.145.
Question: Our firm supplies and services the soda ash plant at Dhrangadhra. Can challans and bills go to the purchase team on WhatsApp?
Answer: Yes, to the people who agreed to receive them. A challan or bill about their own order is a utility template at ₹0.19, with the document attached. If your accounts are in Busy, InfiQ's native integration sends bills and payment reminders automatically.
Question: Our camp near the Wild Ass Sanctuary reopens after the monsoon. Can we tell last winter's guests the Rann season has started?
Answer: Only guests who agreed to hear from you about offers. The season opening is a marketing template at ₹0.94; a stay last year is not that agreement. Booking confirmations and pickup times for guests who book are utility at ₹0.19.
Question: Birdwatchers abroad ask our Dhrangadhra guide about flamingos and cranes on the Little Rann. What do our replies cost?
Answer: Meta bills by the guest's country code, so a reply to a foreign number is charged at that country's rate, which InfiQ publishes in rupees in its market table. Replies inside the 24-hour window need no template; the booking confirmation afterwards is a utility template.
Question: We trade salt from the Kharaghoda pans to buyers in other states. Can each buyer get the truck number and weighbridge slip?
Answer: Yes. A loading note with the buyer's own order, the truck number and the slip as an image is a utility template at ₹0.19, approved in Gujarati and Hindi. A buyer's reply about the weight opens a 24-hour window for free answers.
Question: Our Tangaliya weavers near Dhrangadhra get asked for photos of new shawls. Can we send our whole buyer list a new-design catalogue?
Answer: Only buyers who opted in to offers. A catalogue of new designs is a marketing template at ₹0.94. Photos sent to a buyer who has just asked are replies at ₹0.145, and an order-ready note for a placed order is utility.
