For the stone workshops behind Dausa district's ODOP entry, the carpet weavers of Bhandarej, the taxis and lodges that serve Mehandipur Balaji pilgrims and the hotels busy for the Abhaneri Festival: what happens to one message on its way from your software to a customer's phone, and what each kind costs.

See it work

One Dausa stone yard's dispatch note, down through every layer

A carved consignment leaves a workshop near Sikandra for a site far away. Watch the dispatch note descend from the yard's software to the site manager's phone, and see what each layer checks on the way.

Every template a Dausa business sends takes the same path, whether it is a dispatch note for carved stone, a carpet's shipping notice or a pilgrim's pickup time. Replies to someone who wrote first skip the template layer and go at the service rate.

Only an offer, a festival rate or a new design, is marketing, and it stops at the consent layer for anyone who has not agreed. The 24-hour service window explains when a template is needed.

What a template passes through

5 / 5

PayloadDispatch note: carved pillars, lorry number, invoice PDF

Enters at the top, travels down through 5 layers

An illustrative message with no real volumes. The layers are the real stages of the official API; the yard, the site and the stone are examples.

Hop 5 of 5: the payload is in layer 5, The site manager's phone. Delivered and read statuses come back to the yard through signed webhooks. If the manager replies, the yard answers freely for 24 hours.

Dausa in seven lines

From Rajasthan Tourism's Dausa page, Invest India's ODOP list and IBEF's Rajasthan profile; rail and Dulha Rai's dates are general background from Wikipedia.

Rajasthan Tourism says Dausa's name comes from Sanskrit, that it is also called Deva Nagri, that it lies about 55 km from Jaipur, and that it was the first headquarters of the Kachhwaha dynasty.[1]

Dausa was the first capital of the Dhundhar region; Raja Dulha Rai ruled from it for three decades before moving to Khoh in 1028.[4]

Bhandarej, 10 km away, was Bhadrawati in Mahabharata times, has a stepwell and the Bhadrawati Palace, and is known for carpet making.[1]

At Abhaneri, about 33 km from Dausa, the eighth-century Chand Baori stands beside the Harshat Mata temple; Rajasthan Tourism began a two-day Abhaneri Festival there in 2008, with Kachhi Ghori, Kalbeliya, Ghoomar and Bhawai performances.[1]

The Mehandipur Balaji temple, dedicated to Hanuman, is in Mehandipur village in the district; Bandikui, 35 km from Dausa, is known for its Roman-style church.[1]

Dausa's station is on the Delhi–Jaipur line and became a junction with the new line to Gangapur City; Sikandra, about 25 km away towards Agra, is known for its sandstone carving.[4]

Invest India's ODOP list names stone products for Dausa district, and IBEF says Rajasthan contributes significantly to India's dimensional and decorative stones, sandstone among them.[2],[3]

Language

A pilgrim's pickup reminder in Hindi and English

Hindi for nearly every customer in the district and the pilgrims who come from across the north; English for invoices, architects' offices and tour groups.

Rajasthani dialects are not Meta template languages, so templates go in Hindi or English while staff reply in whatever a customer writes. Each language is a separate template under the same name, each approved by Meta before it is sent; InfiQ's own support works in English and Hindi.

On InfiQ

What a Dausa business runs on InfiQ

One for each layer of the stack above.

  1. Developer API and webhooks

A stone yard's order software sends the dispatch note as each lorry is loaded, with idempotency keys so a retry never sends it twice and signed webhooks for delivery.

  2. Template manager and library

Draft the dispatch note, the carpet's shipping notice and the pilgrim's pickup reminder from the library in Hindi and English, and follow Meta's review.

  3. Consent records and opt-out enforcement

Every opt-in is recorded with its date and source, so Abhaneri Festival offers reach only past guests who agreed, and STOP is enforced even against later imports.

  4. Shared team inbox

A taxi desk's or lodge's staff share one number, so a pilgrim's late-night question is answered by whoever is on duty, with notes on each booking.

Questions Dausa businesses ask

A temple trust orders carved pillars from our workshop near Sikandra in Dausa district. Can the trust approve each pillar from a photo?
Yes. When the trust's secretary writes, your photos, measurements and questions back are replies at ₹0.145 each for 24 hours. If a pillar is finished days later, open with a 'piece ready for approval' utility template at ₹0.19; the reply window reopens when they answer.
Families bound for Mehandipur Balaji book our Dausa taxi from Jaipur. Can the driver's name and number go out the evening before?
Yes. A reminder about a ride the family booked is a utility template at ₹0.19, with the time, pickup point and driver as variables, in Hindi (hi). Questions they send about the temple timings are answered as replies at ₹0.145.
Our Bhandarej carpet workshop ships rugs to visitors who chose them on the loom. Can we send the courier details on WhatsApp?
Yes. A shipping notice for a carpet the visitor bought is a utility template at ₹0.19, with the courier and tracking number as variables. A message showing new designs to past buyers would be marketing at ₹0.94, and only for those who opted in.
Tour groups ask our hotel near Dausa about the two-day Abhaneri Festival. Can we invite last year's guests once the dates are announced?
Only those who agreed to hear from you. A festival invitation is a marketing template at ₹0.94, sent to guests whose opt-in is recorded with its source and date. A group's questions about the festival, once they write, are replies at ₹0.145.
Lorries with our carved stone leave Dausa for the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway. Can the site manager get the loading details from our software automatically?
Yes. InfiQ's developer API, included on Growth at ₹2,999 a month and an add-on on Lite, lets your software send an approved dispatch template as each lorry is loaded, at ₹0.19, with delivery statuses reported back by webhook.
Our kitchen on the Jaipur–Agra highway at Dausa takes orders from bus groups on the way. Can several staff answer the same WhatsApp number?
Yes. InfiQ's shared inbox gives 10 users on Lite and 25 on Growth one number, with transfers, labels and notes, so the counter and the kitchen see the same order. Each answer to a group that wrote first is a reply at ₹0.145.
