Handloom weaving is one of Chirala's main industries, and Chirala silk sarees are on Bapatla district's One District One Product list. Retailers already ask for new designs on WhatsApp; sending the designs to them first is a different matter.

Before a Chirala saree house sends its first catalogue
A saree house in Chirala wants to send photos of the season's new silk sarees to the retailers who stock its work. Tick through what has to be ready first; the required items are the ones Meta's rules or the law make non-negotiable.
Most of a saree house's WhatsApp traffic is already a conversation: a retailer asks whether a colour is in stock, someone answers. Those replies need no template for 24 hours after the retailer's last message; the 24-hour service window explains the rule.

Bapatla district was created in 2022 when Guntur district was divided into three; it took 12 mandals from the Tenali division and 13 from Prakasam district.[1]

Answer: Yes, as long as it is about that retailer's own order and carries no new designs or offers. Approve it once in Telugu and once in English, and each note costs ₹0.19. If the retailer writes back about the bale, your replies for the next 24 hours need no template.
Question: Retailers ask our Chirala counter on WhatsApp whether a colour is still on the loom. Do those answers need templates?
Answer: No. When a retailer writes first, a 24-hour window opens and your staff can reply freely in Telugu or any other language, with photos and prices, each reply a service message at ₹0.145. A template is needed only to write first or after the window has closed.
Question: We run a stay near Vodarevu beach. Can guests get the booking confirmation and the way to the beach on WhatsApp?
Answer: Yes. A booking confirmation and a directions note for the guest's own stay are utility templates at ₹0.19. Keep paid extras and weekend offers out of them; an offer is a marketing template and goes only to guests who said yes to offers.
Question: Can a Ramapuram beach resort send a monsoon weekend offer to everyone who stayed last year?
Answer: Only to past guests who agreed to receive offers. Having stayed is not that agreement. The offer is a marketing template at ₹0.94; record each guest's opt-in with its date and source, and honour any request to stop at once, as WhatsApp's policy requires.
Question: A Bapatla granite polishing unit near Chirala sends loading notes to a buyer in Dubai. What does each note cost?
Answer: Meta charges by the recipient's country code, so a UAE number is billed at that market's rate, which InfiQ publishes in rupees on the pricing page, not at the India rate. A loading note about the buyer's own order is a utility template there too.
