One contractor's order in Bellampalli, from a question to a paid invoice
A contractor working near the mines needs safety boots and helmets for a crew. Follow the order along the arrows: what goes as a reply, what has to be an approved template, and where the supplier's billing software comes in.
The first three boxes are one conversation the contractor started, so the supplier's answers are replies. The dispatch note and the payment reminder go out later, often after the contractor's window has closed, which is why they are approved once as utility templates.
When the contractor writes to say the money has gone, a new window opens and the receipt goes back as an ordinary reply.
