What WhatsApp Cloud API means
The Cloud API is the version of the WhatsApp Business API that Meta hosts on its own servers. It replaced the self-managed On-Premises API as Meta's recommended and default way to access the platform, removing the need for businesses or providers to run and scale their own messaging servers.
Because Meta manages the infrastructure, the Cloud API delivers faster onboarding, automatic updates and better uptime without the operational burden of hosting. New WhatsApp features generally arrive on the Cloud API first.
InfiQ builds on the official Cloud API, so customers get Meta's managed reliability plus InfiQ's own layer of broadcasts, chatbots, a shared inbox and developer APIs.
