A town between Pune and Nashik
Sangamner sits on NH 60 with Pune on one side and Nashik on the other, and a good share of its trade runs along that road: a dairy's van round, a transporter's lorries, families driving to Bhandardara, students heading home at the end of term. Each of those journeys produces the same few messages: a question, a confirmation, a note that something is on its way.
The question is always a reply, answered in whatever language it came in. The confirmation and the on-its-way note are utility templates, and a Sangamner business that writes them once in Marathi and once in Hindi can send them to almost anyone the highway brings.
