The shop works its normal hours and the contractor works his shift. A question sent at the end of the evening shift opens a 24-hour window, so the photos, the pickup button and the confirmation the next morning are all ordinary replies.
The payment reminder goes days later, outside the window, so it is written once as a utility template in Hindi and reused for every account customer. The 24-hour service window explains the rule in full.

Bokaro district was created on 1 April 1991 from the Chas and Chandankiyari blocks of Dhanbad district and the whole Bermo sub-division of Giridih district.[2]
It covers 2,883 sq km in two sub-divisions, Chas and Bermo (Tenughat), and 9 blocks; Chas Nagar Nigam and Phusro Nagar Parishad are its two statutory towns.[4],[3]
The district's history page says the Bermo–Phusro coalfield lies entirely in the district, and that coal from washeries at Dugdha, Kathara and Kargali supplies the steel plant.[2]
DVC set up the Bokaro Thermal Power Station in 1953 at 175 MW, later raised to 630 MW; the Tenughat thermal station lists 420 MW installed.[2]
The district profile lists a population of 20,62,330, of whom 10,78,686 are urban, without giving a census year; Hindi is the language the district lists.[3],[1]
