Much of what a handicraft workshop sells can be made after the buyer asks. That turns WhatsApp into the order desk: the buyer sends a photo of what he wants, the workshop answers with a sketch and a price, the buyer approves, and the piece goes to an artisan. Every step until the approval is a reply inside the 24-hour window the buyer opened, and none of it needs a template.
Templates come in when the workshop has to speak first, days or weeks later: the piece is ready, here are the photos; the consignment has left, here is the vehicle number; the invoice is due. Those are utility messages, written once in Hindi or English and approved by Meta, then reused for every order.
Offers are the only messages that need more care. A note about new designs is marketing, and it goes only to shops and buyers who said yes to hearing about them.
