Between the fields and the line
Habra's businesses face two ways. Towards the block's fields, where the crop calendar decides when growers need pipes and tools and when they have money to pay. Towards the railway and Jessore Road, where branch customers, builders and parents expect an answer the same day.
That mix is why a shared inbox matters more here than broadcasts. The building desk knows which sheets are in stock; the van driver knows when the cement will reach Maslandapur; accounts know whether a UPI payment arrived. One number with routing lets each of them answer their own chats, while the customer sees a single conversation.
