A disbursement update, sent from India to Dresden
Germany's largest group of international students comes from India, and much of the paperwork behind each of them is handled by a desk in India. Play one thread between an education-loan desk and a master's student in Dresden.
The thread is ordinary, which is the point. A student in Dresden deals with a bank, a landlord and a residence-permit office in German, and with a lender, an admissions counsellor and family in India in English or Hindi. The message from India that gets read is the one that arrives on WhatsApp, in the student's working hours, with the document attached.
If your lender, consultancy or housing service runs its records in a CRM, the developer API can send the template when a disbursement or an offer letter changes state, and the student's reply lands in the shared team inbox for whoever owns the case.
