A buyer in Bengaluru sees a Dharmavaram saree and writes to the shop. Follow the enquiry round the diagram: which steps are free-form replies, where her consent is recorded, and which notes need an approved template.
Most of a Dharmavaram shop's WhatsApp day is the top row: someone asks for photos of a border or a colour, and the counter answers. Those answers need no approval, because the buyer wrote first; the 24-hour service window explains how long the shop has to reply freely.

Dharmavaram was founded in 1153–54 on the banks of the Chitravathi and named after Dharmamba, the founder's mother; records from 1895 count 172 handlooms in the town.[1]

Dharmavaram silk sarees are Sri Sathya Sai district's One District One Product: pure mulberry silk, handwoven with zari, with peacock and parrot designs the most traditional.[3],[1]

The cluster began with nearly 100 families; the district's ODOP page now counts more than 28,000 weaver families across Sri Sathya Sai and Rayalaseema.[1]
