Three names, one delivery address
Customers in the twin town give their address as Achalpur, Paratwada or, on old papers, Ellichpur, and the district itself lists them under Amravati. None of this matters to WhatsApp, which addresses a customer by phone number, but it matters to the templates a firm writes.
Keep the place out of the fixed text and put it in a variable. One approved delivery template then carries 'Paratwada camp' for one shop and 'Achalpur city' for the next, and Meta does not need to approve a version for each spelling. The same goes for the display name: it should be the firm's trading name, not the town's.
