What Chatbot / Flow means
A chatbot, or flow, is an automated WhatsApp conversation that responds to customers without a human for each message. Simple bots answer FAQs and route enquiries; richer flows collect information step by step — booking a slot, tracking an order, qualifying a lead — often using interactive buttons and list menus.
Flows are typically built visually or with rules and can hand off to a human agent when needed. They react to inbound webhook events and can call your own systems to fetch or store data mid-conversation.
