Structured, form-like experiences rendered inside a WhatsApp chat — menus, inputs and pickers for booking, sign-up or data collection.

What WhatsApp Flows means

WhatsApp Flows are structured, form-like experiences that render inside a WhatsApp chat. Instead of a back-and-forth of messages, the customer opens a Flow and moves through screens with menus, text inputs, date and appointment pickers and selection lists — completing a task like booking a slot, submitting an application or choosing a product without leaving WhatsApp.

Flows go beyond simple interactive buttons and list menus: they can present multiple fields on a screen and multiple screens in sequence, then return the collected data to the business's systems. This makes them well suited to appointment booking, lead qualification, surveys and onboarding.

InfiQ supports building guided WhatsApp journeys with interactive messages and chatbot flows, so teams can collect structured information in-chat and hand off to an agent when a person is needed.
