A Business Solution Provider (BSP) is a company Meta has authorised to resell and support access to the WhatsApp Business API. BSPs handle onboarding, phone-number provisioning, message-template submission and the technical connection to WhatsApp's infrastructure on behalf of the businesses they serve.
Most businesses reach the WhatsApp Business API through a BSP rather than dealing with Meta directly, because the BSP simplifies verification, billing and day-to-day operations. Many BSPs are also full CPaaS platforms, adding software such as broadcasts, chatbots and shared inboxes on top of raw API access.
