Follow one dispatch note down the stack: a paper mill's ERP raises it when the truck is loaded, and it reaches the buyer's stores team with the invoice attached before the truck arrives.
Most Vapi plants already produce every document in this stack; what changes is the last mile. Instead of an e-mail that waits in an inbox, the buyer's stores team sees the invoice and packing list on the phone it checks at the gate.

- Yes. A utility template carries one document header, so send the invoice with the dispatch note at ₹0.19 and the packing list in a reply if the trader asks for it inside the 24-hour window, at ₹0.145. If both must arrive unasked, send them as two templates, each billed at the utility rate.
- We export from Vapi to buyers in the UAE and Germany. What does a shipment update to them cost?

- Drivers who load at our plant on NH 48 read Hindi or Marathi. Can loading-slot messages go to them in their own language?
- Yes, to drivers who agreed to receive them. Write the loading-slot template in Hindi (hi) and Marathi (mr) and have each approved by Meta; each slot message is a utility template at ₹0.19. A driver who replies, for example to report a delay, opens a 24-hour window for free-form answers.
- Our paper mill in Vapi sells to converters in Daman and Silvassa. Are messages to them billed differently from those to Gujarat buyers?
- No. Meta prices by the recipient's country code, and every +91 number is billed at the India rate, wherever the buyer is in India. InfiQ invoices your Gujarat GSTIN in rupees with GST, whichever state or union territory your buyers sit in.
- Can the ERP that raises dispatches at our Vapi plant send WhatsApp messages without anyone typing them?
