A town that sells in both directions
Modinagar has always been a town on the way: the Ghaziabad–Meerut highway runs through it, the Delhi–Saharanpur railway runs beside the highway, a road leaves for Hapur, and the Delhi–Meerut Expressway is reached at the Bhojpur exit. The Namo Bharat line adds two stations of its own.
For a business here, that means customers on both sides. A buyer in Meerut and a buyer in Ghaziabad both save one number, and both expect the same answer. A shared inbox keeps those threads in one place, with the history of each buyer, instead of on the phone of whoever took the first call.
It also means the dispatch note matters. A truck from Modinagar can reach either city the same day, and a utility template with the vehicle and invoice numbers saves the buyer a call to ask where it is.
