Where a blanket buyer stands with an Aurangabad workshop

A wholesaler from Ranchi picks up a blanket workshop's number at a fair. Step through the states the contact can be in, and switch paths to see what happens when the buyer goes quiet or says STOP.

Most of a workshop's WhatsApp day is the second state: a buyer asks, and someone answers within the 24-hour service window. The other states are about messages the workshop starts, and they depend on what the buyer agreed to.

Keep one record per contact: when they first wrote, when and how they agreed to updates or offers, and whether they said STOP. The India guide covers consent under the DPDP Act.

A number on its own allows nothing. The buyer's message opens a 24-hour window for free-form replies; a yes to order updates allows utility templates; a yes to offers allows marketing; a STOP ends it all.

Aurangabad, Bihar in ten lines

From the Aurangabad district website's home, history, economy, tourism and how-to-reach pages, Invest India's ODOP list and IBEF's Bihar profile.

Aurangabad district was created on 26 January 1973, under a notification of 19 January 1973.[2]

In 1865, when Bihar district was separated from Patna, Aurangabad became one of its subdivisions.[2]

The district covers 3,389 sq km, with 11 blocks and 1,884 villages.[1]

It lay in the ancient kingdom of Magadh, and under Sher Shah Suri formed part of the Rohtas sirkar; Fateh Narayan Singh of Deo later supported Kunwar Singh against the British.[2]

The district calls its economy agrarian and drought-prone; rice, wheat, gram, lentil and rapeseed are the main crops.[3]

Electricity from NTPC at Nabinagar, cement, and carpets, blankets and brassware are the district's industries.[3]

Deo, Deo Kund, Umga, Amjhar Sharif, Pawai, Mali and Chandangadh, Piru and Siris are its main tourist places; October to March is the season.[4]

NH-19, the old Grand Trunk Road, meets NH-139 at Aurangabad; Patna is 140 km by road, Ranchi about 231 km, and Anugrah Narayan Road station about 9 km.[5]

Strawberry is Aurangabad's primary product on Invest India's ODOP list.[6]

IBEF names food processing, dairy and sugar among Bihar's fastest-growing industries.[7]

Hindi for templates, Magahi at the counter

The district works in Hindi and English and describes its people as Magadhi-speaking. Meta approves each template once per language.

Magahi is not a template language. Inside the 24-hour window your staff can reply in Magahi, or any language a customer writes in, with no approval needed. InfiQ's own support team works in English and Hindi.

  • Consent records and opt-out enforcement

Each contact's opt-in source and time are recorded, STOP replies are enforced at platform level (even against later imports), and the audit trail exports.

  • Template manager and library

Draft, submit and track WhatsApp message templates for Meta's approval, starting from a library of 1,000+ ready templates in 27 categories.

Draft the Hindi and English dispatch, delivery and booking templates from the library and track each through Meta's approval.

  • Shared team inbox

One WhatsApp number answered by a team: 10 users on Lite and 25 on Growth, agent and manager roles, transfers, private notes, labels and canned replies.

The workshop, the godown and the accounts desk, or a lodge's front desk and owner, answer one number with transfers and private notes.

  • Broadcast campaigns

Send approved template campaigns to up to 2,00,000 contacts per broadcast, with segments, scheduling and delivery analytics.
