The floating button every visitor sees.
😊 Emoji welcome. You can use {{page_url}} & {{page_title}} — filled with the page the visitor is on.

The card that opens above the button — brand it like your own.
😊 Emoji welcome — {{page_url}} & {{page_title}} work here too.
After a visitor closes it, when may it auto-open again?
URL personalization
Personalize the messages based on your website's URL — a rule matches when its source URL appears in the visitor's address. Parameters: {{page_url}}, {{page_title}}.
Applies to the substituted {{page_title}} value — "red-shoes – your store" becomes "Red shoes – your store". URLs stay untouched.
Live preview
Gradient header with the greeting on a floating card. Click the button in the preview to close and reopen it.
{{page_title}} previews as "Red shoes – Your Store". On your site the real page title and URL are used — pick a rule above to preview its personalization.
Your embed script
<!-- Enter your WhatsApp number to generate the script -->
Paste it just before </body>. The widget loads async from infiq.in, runs no inline code and draws itself in its own sealed layer, so your theme's CSS can't break it. Works on any site: Shopify, WordPress, Wix, custom. Keep the "Powered by InfiQ" link inside — it's the small credit in the chat card's footer.
Quick answer
How do I add a WhatsApp widget to WooCommerce?
To add a WhatsApp chat button to WooCommerce, build the widget above, add a URL rule for /product/ whose message mentions {{page_title}}, and paste the embed code into your WordPress footer with a plugin such as WPCode. Every product page then gets a button that opens WhatsApp with the product's name in the message.

WooCommerce tips
Get more from the WhatsApp widget on WooCommerce
Keep it clear of Add to cart
Many themes pin an add-to-cart bar to the bottom of the screen on mobile. If yours overlaps the button, raise the bottom margin or move the widget to the left.
Keep checkout distraction-free
If you'd rather not show the widget at checkout, use your code plugin's conditions, if it has them, to leave out /checkout/, or paste the code into your shop and product templates only.
Pre-sales and order questions
Give /my-account/ visitors a message about their orders and /product/ visitors one about the product, each with its own rule.
Count chats as conversions
Each chat click pushes an infiq_whatsapp_widget event to Google Tag Manager, ready to use as a key event in GA4 or a conversion in Google Ads.

FAQ
WhatsApp widget for WooCommerce: questions and answers
Can the WhatsApp message include the product name?
Yes. Add a URL rule for /product/ and use {{page_title}} in its message. The widget fills in the product page's title when it loads, so the chat arrives naming the product.
Do I need a WooCommerce WhatsApp plugin?
No. The widget is one snippet in your footer. It works with any WooCommerce theme, including Storefront, Astra and Flatsome, because the theme's CSS can't reach it.
Can I send order and shipping updates on WhatsApp too?
The widget starts conversations. Automatic order confirmations, shipping updates and cart recovery need the WhatsApp Business API, which InfiQ's WooCommerce integration provides.
Will it show on the checkout page?
It shows wherever your footer code runs, which on most themes includes checkout. Use your code plugin's page conditions, or paste the code into selected templates, to leave checkout out.
