Document collection
Collect every PDF and photo in one chat.
Send a checklist on WhatsApp, let customers upload PDFs and photos in the same thread, and track every item's status automatically. Reminders chase the missing pieces so your team doesn't — most files complete in about 2 days instead of a week.

Use cases
How document collection teams use InfiQ
Checklist templates
Open every request with an approved template that lists all required documents, with buttons to view a sample or ask a question.
Per-document status
Each upload is matched to its checklist item automatically, so the customer sees "4 of 5 received" the moment a file lands.
Smart reminders
Nudge for missing items at 24, 72 and 120 hours — and stop instantly when the last document arrives, so nobody gets chased twice.
Trigger from your systems
Start collection from a CRM stage change, loan application or webhook, with the customer's name and pending items merged into the first message.
Secure file handling
Files route straight into your DMS, S3 bucket or CRM over encrypted transfer, backed by consent records, audit logs and access controls.
Completion analytics
Track time-to-complete, drop-off by document type and which reminder actually worked, per checklist and per agent.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do customers need to opt in before I request documents on WhatsApp?
Yes — the first message must go to a number that has opted in to hear from you, typically captured at application, sign-up or in-store. InfiQ stores the opt-in source and timestamp against each contact, so you have a consent record for every request you send.
Does the document-request message need Meta approval?
The opening message is a utility template, which Meta reviews before use — approval usually takes minutes to a few hours. Once the customer replies, a 24-hour session opens and your bot or agents can exchange free-form messages and files without further approvals.
What file types and sizes can customers send?
Customers can send images up to 5 MB and PDFs or other documents up to 100 MB, which covers bank statements, ID proofs and scanned agreements comfortably. InfiQ captures the original file plus metadata like sender, timestamp and matched checklist item.
How do collected files get into my own systems?
Every received file fires a webhook, so InfiQ can push it to your DMS, S3, Google Drive or CRM in real time, renamed with the customer ID and document type. You can also export a complete file bundle per customer once the checklist closes.
How often can I remind someone about missing documents?
Inside the 24-hour session you can nudge freely; after that, reminders go out as approved utility templates. Two to three spaced reminders over five days is the pattern that completes the most files without complaints — InfiQ stops the sequence the moment the last item arrives.
What happens if a customer sends a blurry or wrong document?
An agent or an automated check can mark the item as rejected with a reason, and the chat immediately asks for a re-upload — "the photo is blurry, please retake in good light." The checklist item stays open until a valid file replaces it, so nothing slips through as done.
