What WhatsApp Business Account ID means
A WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is the top-level container for a business's presence on the WhatsApp Business Platform. The WABA ID is its unique identifier. Inside a WABA sit one or more phone numbers, the account's message templates, its messaging limits and its quality signals.
The WABA ID is used in API calls that manage templates and account-level settings, and it links the messaging account to a Meta Business Manager for verification and billing.
