How long will your broadcast actually take? Plan it in seconds

Your messaging tier caps how many unique customers you can reach per rolling 24 hours. Enter the tier and your list size — get the day-by-day schedule, with warm-up pacing that helps the tier grow instead of shrink.

How it works

Three steps, no signup

1

Pick your current tier

It's shown in WhatsApp Manager — 250 for new unverified numbers, 2,000 once verified, then 10K / 100K / unlimited.

2

Enter your audience size

Opted-in contacts only — a purchased list will end this plan (and your quality rating) fast.

3

Follow the schedule

Batches spaced 24 hours apart, most-engaged segments first. Warm-up mode halves the daily pace to protect and grow your tier.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does the messaging limit cap?

The number of UNIQUE customers you can start conversations with in a rolling 24-hour window. New unverified numbers start at 250, verified businesses at 2,000, then 10,000, 100,000 and unlimited as volume and quality hold up. Replies inside an open service window don't consume it.

Why does the planner space sends 24 hours apart?

Because the limit is rolling, not calendar-based: if you send at 9 am today, that allowance frees up at 9 am tomorrow — not at midnight. Scheduling each batch at least 24 hours after the previous one keeps you safely inside the window.

What is warm-up mode?

It plans at half your tier per day. Per Meta's published guidance, consistently reaching about half your limit with a healthy quality rating is what triggers automatic tier upgrades — and a fresh number that blasts its full limit on day one is the classic way to get flagged instead.

My list is bigger than my tier. Should I just buy a higher tier?

Tiers can't be bought — they're earned through volume and quality. The practical path is exactly what the planner shows: send in daily batches, keep engagement healthy, and the limit typically rises on its own within days to weeks.

Does the order of contacts matter?

Yes — send to your most engaged, most recently opted-in segments first. Early batches set the quality signals that decide whether your tier rises or falls before the rest of the list goes out.
