In every plan

The essentials aren't extras

Whichever tier you choose, the core platform is the same — official API infrastructure, the full CRM, broadcasts and a dedicated RM from day one. Growth adds the developer platform, chatbot and team scale.

Official WhatsApp platform

Every plan runs on the official WhatsApp Business API through a Meta Business Partner — no grey-market gateways.

Shared team inbox

One number, one inbox. Assign chats, leave internal notes and see who's handling what.

Template manager

Draft, submit and track message templates from the dashboard, with approval status at a glance.

Broadcast engine

Send campaigns to opted-in lists with scheduling, throttling and per-message delivery status.

Campaign analytics

Delivery, read and reply rates per campaign, plus message spend against the rate card.

Dedicated Relationship Manager

Every plan comes with a named RM who knows your account — not a ticket queue. Growth adds an escalation matrix.

Opt-in & consent tools

Opt-in link pages, QR codes and per-contact consent records, so your list stays compliant.

Onboarding support

A guided setup from signup to first campaign — number connection, verification and templates.

Getting started

From signup to first campaign

Most teams are live in 2 hours. Here's what the first week looks like.

Day 0

1. Sign up and connect your number

Create your account, verify your business and connect a new or existing WhatsApp number.

Day 1

2. Meta review and templates

Your display name goes through Meta's review while your first message templates are submitted for approval.

Day 2–3

3. Team onboarded, flows live

Agents join the shared inbox; chatbot flows, opt-in pages and integrations are switched on.

Week 1

4. First campaigns

Your first broadcast goes to the opted-in list and analytics start building your baseline.

Exact timing depends on Meta’s display-name and template reviews, which usually clear within a day.

Switching providers

Already on another BSP? Bring your number.

Moving to InfiQ is a managed handover, not a restart. Your number, templates and audience come with you.

Number migration without downtime

Your WhatsApp number moves to InfiQ while it keeps receiving messages — customers never see a gap.

Template re-approval, handled

Bring your existing template library across and resubmit it for approval from the InfiQ dashboard.

Chat history guidance

We walk you through exporting conversation history and contacts from your current provider before you switch.

FAQ

Pricing questions, answered

What will I pay per message?

Your bill has two parts: the platform subscription (Lite ₹999/month or ₹833/month on annual; Growth ₹2,999/month; ex-GST) and per-message charges. India rates are fixed from 1 July 2026: marketing ₹0.94, utility ₹0.19, authentication ₹0.14 per delivered message (ex-GST), with volume-commitment discounts available — the live rate card inside the dashboard always shows your account's exact rates.

How does Meta charge for messages?

Per delivered message, priced by template category and destination country. Marketing templates are charged on every delivery; authentication is charged per message; utility messages are free when delivered inside the open 24-hour customer service window and charged outside it. Free-form service replies inside that window are free today. (Meta moved from per-conversation to per-message pricing on 1 July 2025.) Your live rate card shows the exact price for each category and country.

Do unused messages roll over?

There's nothing to roll over — messaging is usage-billed. You pay only for the messages you actually send in a billing period, at the rates on your dashboard rate card, rather than buying a bundle in advance that could expire.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — a 7-day free trial with full platform access, no card required. You can build templates, invite your team and test flows in the sandbox. Live messages you send during the trial are billed at the standard per-message rates shown in your dashboard rate card.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically — we never took a card. When the 7 days are up, you pick a plan and add a payment method to keep sending. Your account, templates, contacts and chat history stay exactly as you left them.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. There's no lock-in — plans are monthly by default, with two months free on annual billing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card, UPI and bank transfer for the platform subscription. Meta's message charges are drawn from a prepaid wallet you top up by the same methods, so campaigns never stop mid-send.

How does GST invoicing work?

Prices exclude GST; 18% GST is added at invoicing. Add your GSTIN in billing settings and it appears on every invoice, so your finance team can claim input credit without back-and-forth.

What is the refund policy?

All fees are prepaid and non-refundable — there is no pro-rata refund, no money-back window, and no refund for downtime or unused messages. You can cancel any time (there is no auto-renewal and no ongoing charge); access continues until your plan or wallet balance expires, and any unused wallet balance is forfeited on expiry or account closure. Evaluate the platform free for 7 days before you pay. Genuine duplicate or billing errors are corrected if raised within 7 days. Full terms are on our refund policy page at infiq.in/refund-policy.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There's no setup fee, no onboarding charge and no cost to submit templates for approval. Your bill is the platform subscription plus Meta's per-message charges — that's all of it.

Who owns the WhatsApp number?

You do. The number and the WhatsApp Business Account are registered to your business in your own Meta Business Manager. If you ever leave InfiQ, the number goes with you.

What happens if I exceed plan limits?

Plan limits apply to platform features, not messaging. On Lite, for example, an eleventh user means moving to Growth (25 users), and needing API or webhook access is also a Growth signal. Messaging is never capped by plan: it's usage-billed from your prepaid wallet at rate-card prices, and the dashboard warns you before the wallet runs low.
